Qualification and experience:

David Swain, known to all of us as “Ben”, is an established Sail Trainer within the UK of considerable reputation and over 25 years’ experience as both an Skipper, instructor and coach.  Holding a MCA Master 3000gt qualifications and as RYA Yachtmaster Instructor, he is professionally qualified to take command, teach, and guide you on board TS Blue Clipper.

Interests:  Steam Trains,  Walking in open Spaces, Marine Science.

Dislikes:  Cucumber, People who turn up late for watch!

Favourite Sandwich:  BLT  (no cucumber!)
