As we depart from the bustling port of Vigo, you’ll become part of the crew. No sailing experience is required—just a willingness to get involved and try something new.
The voyage follows the beautiful Atlantic coast of Spain and Portugal, with the potential to visit the spectacular Atlantic islands, such as the Islas Cíes, if weather allows. Explore pristine beaches, swim in clear waters, or simply soak in the natural beauty of this unique marine reserve.
Throughout the journey, you’ll be well looked after by our professional crew and chef, serving hearty, freshly prepared meals to keep you fuelled for adventure.
This voyage ends in the charming coastal town of Portimão, where whitewashed buildings meet golden beaches and a warm Portuguese welcome awaits.

Getting to Vigo is very easy; you can reach the city’s centre from Madrid, A Coruña, Santiago de Compostela or the north of Portugal. It has motorway and train connections with Madrid and other cities, like Bilbao. Moreover, the Peinador Airport has connections with Spain’s main cities and several international destinations.
By Air
Peinador, Vigo’s Airport, is Galicia’s southern airport and is only 20 minutes from the city centre. Flying is the fastest option when travelling to Vigo and you can fly direct from Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao, Dublin, Milan, Edinburgh, Bologna, Paris, London and Lisbon. Once you’ve landed, you can take a taxi or bus to the city centre.
By Train
ou can travel to Vigo by train from Madrid, Barcelona, Ourense, Pontevedra, Santiago, A Coruña, Ponferrada, León, Bilbao, Alicante and Porto. If you’re in Madrid, you have three options: the Intercity train, the Alvia train and the Hotel Train.
Vigo has two railway stations: URZÁIZ where departs the AVE (Spain’s high-speed train), and GUIXAR, located in Areal St., bouth of them right in the city centre.
