The short sails of 1-4 days exact dates are yet to be confirmed as they are tailored around group booking requirements. We are happy to discuss dates directly with interested groups. These short sails are mainly aimed at groups of young people from schools, colleges or youth groups as short sails can only take place for groups of 12 people. We are also able to offer short sails to companies for team building opportunities or social events.
The dates for The Tall Ships Races are the specified trainee crew change dates during the in-port days at the host port between races. Trainee crew members should arrive at 18.00 on the arrival date and leave at 10.00 on the departure date.
The minimum age for sailing on board 'Maybe' is 10 years old except for Tall Ships events where the minimum age is 15 years old.
The under 25s prices displayed above are specially discounted by Maybe Sailing to help encourage as many young people as possible to experience sailing.

Sponsorship and Bursaries
Bursaries may be, and are frequently offered to deserving youth groups.
Bursaries in the 2011 season were awarded to Oakbank School, Keighley, Hanson School, Bradford, Corpus Christi Catholic College, Leeds, Adventure Activities Development Group, Bradford and Addingham Youth Centre.
